The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (PBRA) has changed the distribution requirements for Form 1095-C. As a result, the Claremont School District, Unity School District, and SAU #6 are no longer required to automatically mail a physical paper copy of Form 1095-C to all employees.
However, you maintain the right to receive a copy of this form upon request.
How to Request Your Form 1095-C
If you would like to receive a copy of your Form 1095-C for your tax records, you may request one using any of the following methods:

Processing Timeline
Once a request is received, your Form 1095-C will be provided to you within 30 days. If you prefer to receive your form electronically rather than by mail, please indicate your consent for electronic delivery when making your request.

This notice will remain available on our website through October 15, 2026.
